Helena is a regional head for primary and secondary Loan Distribution in Latin America. She works in co-ordination with other regional heads of distribution on international placements of syndicated loans, trade finance and forfeiting paper. She joined Standard in August 2004.

Prior to joining Standard Helena Radzyminski was a Director and Head of Loan Syndication Latin America for Fleet Bank. In its role, Helena focuses on structuring and syndicating bank loans, for emerging market borrowers. Helena joined Bank Boston in 1991 and spent his first eight years working with the bank’s branch in Argentina; where she was she was initially responsible for originating debt transactions and later emerging markets sales and distribution. In 1999 she was invited to join the Emerging Markets Loan Syndication group in Boston. Prior to joining Bank Boston Helena spent one year in Citibank Argentina, where she focused in International Trade Finance.
